We love our home! The building process was pretty low stress and went according to his timeline. This was the 4th house we had built and by far you and Barry were the best at returning calls and answering questions. Also, the contract cost was very close to the actual cost with the exception of a few things we added. What you see is what you get and that is what I love. Very little if any "upgrades" are needed. Additionally, the construction is very sound. We had only 1 nail pop in our entire home and our basement has been completely dry. That is amazing for new construction. For all of these reasons, we hold other homes to this standard and that is why we are in the process of having Barry build us our next home.

In 2008, I had as my builder, Brownstone Construction, LLC, Barry Tancer. I am submitting this letter of recommendation for his company as a contractor and builder of homes in this area. My home is a 2 story Cape Cod with 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. It has a full basement with an outside cellarway. I am extremely pleased with my home and would certainly recommend Brownstone Construction to build homes wherever needed.
