- Roof to be covered with 15-lb. roofing paper and covered with 30 year shingles or better.
- 1/2" drywall on all 16" centers and 5/8" drywall on all 24" centers.
- All ceilings, closets, garage and basement stairwell to have knockdown finish
- Insulation to be R-13 in exterior walls, R-38 in ceilings where possible.
- Entire house to be covered with Tyvek or similar house wrap unless otherwise noted above.
